OUR PROJECT

About us

We are the Romero Catholic Academy comprising 7 primary schools and one secondary school  based in the north east area of Coventry.

What do we want?

We want to buy a class set of Lego We-Do kits which we can move around our 7 primary schools so that every child is given the opportunity to learn STEM subjects in a fun way.

Who is this for?

This equipment will benefit our primary pupils.

Why do we want it?

Some children learn better with a hands-on approach - doing rather than just listening. They become actively involved in their learning and collaborate with other children in the class. It is an opportunity to take a more creative approach to learning traditional subjects. In our trials with the equipment, all children had tremendous fun and had loads of questions to ask. We would like as many of our children as possible to access this equipment on a regular basis.
