We would like to buy iPads for use of students across the whole school. The school currently has a set of 16 iPads and a storage trolley recently purchased with funds raised by the PTA. Our short term aim is to provide a further 4 iPads to increase provision and availability to children.
The iPads will be used across a range of subjects and year groups to deliver the curriculum in an engaging way. For example children can use an educational app called MyMaths to do their maths homework. With additional iPads children would be able to access the tablets during the school day to do these exercises. The iPads will be a stepping stone to enhancing technology provision and use in the school.
WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES
4 x iPads with sturdy case @ £250 each
Sub Total = £1,000
+3% payment processing fees (charged by the payment provider)
Grand Total = £1,030
If we're fortunate enough to raise more than our target, then we would like to buy more iPads.
The existing storage trolley can accommodate 30 iPads and it would be fantastic to complete a class set. If this project reached its goal of funding four iPads then we would like to continue as each additional iPad will help us reach our goal.
