OUR PROJECT

About us

At Capel Manor Primary School our aim is to provide a rich and immersive curriculum providing our children with exciting and memorable opportunities and experiences to motivate successful learning.

Our Junior Leadership Team visited the BETT show this year and, having investigated a number of technological resources, decided that the VR headsets would be of great benefit to pupils' learning across the school

What do we want?

We want to inspire our pupils by transporting them to places they have never been and enable them to take a peek into the past.

What better way to learn about the Ancient Egyptians than to walk around the insides of a pyramid?

Who is this for?

Our pupils would like to buy a set of 8 VR (Virtual Reality) Headsets to be shared by classes across the school to support their learning in History, Geography and to use their virtual reality experiences to inspire their factual and creative writing.

WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES

1 x Class VR pack with 8 VR headsets and case @ £1,999

Subtotal = £2,398 Including VAT

+3%payment processing fees (charged by the payment provider)

Grand Total = £2,470

STRETCH TARGET

If we're fortunate enough to raise more than our target, then we would also like to buy additional headsets so we can gradually increase to a complete class set.

HELP US REACH OUR TARGET!

Please help us to raise funds and make a difference to our children's learning by making a donation or encouraging your friends and family to do the same.
