Help our children improve their reading and writing through Clicker 7!

Stretch target 2!

Words are just not enough to express just how grateful we are to have exceeded our Stretch Target.

There are a few days left and we have decided to introduce Stretch Target 2 where the 'Sky is the Limit'.

We now have the means to purchase a 'Full School License' for Clicker 7 but staff training is a necessity if we want to teach using all of this outstanding programs functionality.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Stretch target! Now that we've been fortunate enough to raise more than our target, we would like to try and reach for the stars and aim for the stretch target. This would enable us to purchase the Clicker 7 Whole School License, allowing every pupil access to this unbelievable Literacy program.

KEY STATS

Number of students that will benefit: 470

Age of students: 3 - 11

Percentage eligible for free school meals: 3.2%

OUR PROJECT

About us

Clore Tikva Primary School is a two form entry school based in Ilford, London.

What do we want?

We are looking to raise £1,560 to purchase 20 Clicker 7 Licenses. As a voluntary aided primary school, we struggle to raise money for additional computing equipment. Although every classroom has an interactive whiteboard and access to laptops, we are not in the position to purchase the Clicker 7 school software programme to accelerate progression in writing.

Who is this for?

Being able to purchase Clicker 7 would allow us to use this programme from Reception to Year 6, giving the pupils access to all the incredible features: the talking word processor, planning tool, sentence builder, vocabulary support and clicker books. It would allow the teachers the flexibility of using it as a whole class teaching tool on the class interactive whiteboards as well as on an individual basis.

Why do we want it?

To support pupils in all areas of their literacy. Those struggling with sentences, high-achieving pupils who need a push, a special needs pupil who will use the picture content or a pupil where English is their second language or pupils who may need help in boosting their confidence. Our aim is for our pupils to become better writers, be more engaged and confident even if they find the task is difficult.

WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES

We are looking to purchase 20 Clicker 7 Licenses @ £1,560 (inc VAT)

https://ukstore.cricksoft.com/

Total = £1,560

(As soon as we raise £1,000, we'll have enough to buy 10 Clicker 7 Licenses.)

STRETCH TARGET

If we're fortunate enough to raise more than our target, we would like to buy a Clicker 7 One school Site Licence so that we can use this incredible programme for a whole class, or as a group using our 10 iPads, for a total of £2,640 (inc VAT).

Stretch target 2

With the extra money raised we would like to pay for training for our staff so that I can
