OUR PROJECT

About us

We are a two-form entry school in Blyth, Northumberland. At Malvin's Close Academy, we encourage children to have high aspirations and to strive for the best. Our aim is to foster a love of learning whilst encouraging children to set challenging goals for themselves for their future. We want to expand our technology within our school to give our children the best we can.

What do we want?

We believe iPads are one of the best resources for our children as they are portable and enable access to a wide range of apps and computing opportunities. They engage our pupils and inspire them to be creative and apply their new computing skills across the curriculum. We would like to buy a set of 15 iPads and protective cases to allow children more access.

Who is this for?

All our children would be able to use the iPads to support their learning across the whole primary curriculum.

WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES

We would like:

15 iPads and cases at a cost of £252 each

Sub total = £3,780 (Inc VAT* & delivery)

+3% payment processing fees (charged by the payment provider)

Grand Total = £3,894

STRETCH TARGET

If we're fortunate enough to raise more than our target, then we would like to continue to invest in iPads.
