OUR PROJECT

About us

We are based in the small town of Prudhoe, 10 miles west of Newcastle in the Tyne Valley. We are an inclusive community school.

What do we want?

We would like to invest in a VEX EDR robotics kit, plus additional items to prepare for the 2019/20 VEX competition.

Who is this for?

Engineering Club - open to all students in Years 9 and 10, currently with 25 members.

Why do we want it?

Having been runners up in the recent North East regional VEX IQ competition skills challenge, our team are now too old for the VEX IQ competition and so would like to use the skills they have begun to develop to enter the VEX EDR competition, open to older students.

WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES

Total = £1,455.57 (incl VAT & delivery)

STRETCH TARGET

If we're fortunate enough to raise more than our target, then we would also like to buy a second VEX EDR Starter Kit @ £551.99 https://www.rapidonline.com/vex-v5-classroom-starter-kit-70-8194.

HELP US REACH OUR TARGET!

Please donate whatever you can, if you can't donate any money then please pass this on to people or companies that you think might be able to help us, or get in touch if you'd like to help out with the club which meets on Mondays. Thanks very much for your time reading this!
