iPads for Somersham

OUR SCHOOL

Somersham Primary School is a primary school in the heart of Somersham, a small village on the outskirts of St Ives. We have a strong community ethos in our school and we pride ourselves on being a caring and warm place to develop and learn. Our school starts at Reception and runs through to Year 6. We have high expectations and standards in all we do and this is encompassed within our school values.

What we want

We would like to buy iPads for the school to better incorporate ICTs within the classroom and prepare our pupils for the future.

Who is this for?

This is for our whole school, to use across a range of subjects.

Why we want it

The iPads will allow our teachers to share our pupils learning journey with their parents (as it happens) through the use of Class Dojo. The iPads will also give our pupils the opportunity to use different apps across a range of subjects and allow them to interact with subject matter in a totally new way.
