OUR PROJECT

About us

Stanhope Primary School is located in the town of South Shields, Tyne and Wear in the North-East of England. The catchment area falls within the 10% most deprived in overall deprivation within the UK. Our children fall within the 20% most deprived of children living within poverty in the UK. We aim to ensure that our children receive the best education that we can provide to improve their life chances. Our school actively promotes a positive state of well-being and provides opportunities that enrich the quality of life.

What do we want?

We want to buy resources to support our Computing curriculum including a tablet for each class within school as well as Bee-Bots for EYFS and KS1.

We want to buy resources to support our Science curriculum including class kits for electricity and materials for KS1 and 2.

Who is this for?

This is for our whole school - EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Why do we want it?

We have a different variety of learners and want to offer practical opportunities to learn and develop their Computing and Science skills.
