OUR PROJECT

About us

We are a small one-form entry primary school based in the seaside town of Sutton-on-Sea. Although we are small we have big ambitions! We are looking for different ways to raise aspirations within our learning.

What do we want?

We would like to buy technology for our classrooms. In particular iPads and VR sets to provide an immersive learning environment. At the moment we only have access to a small ICT suite within the school.

Who is this for?

This is for our whole school, to use across a range of subjects.

Why do we want it?

Virtual reality will allow our students to visualise their History and Geography lessons more clearly and allow them to interact with subject matter in a totally new way. It will enable them to experience places they have never been, which will in turn improve children's understanding. iPads will enable us to research easily within the classroom which will also help us save time.

WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES

Total = £1,278.93

STRETCH TARGET

If we're fortunate enough to raise more than our target, then we would also like to buy more iPads so they are accessible for every class.

5 x iPad 9.7 inch silver @ £319 = £1,595
