OUR PROJECT

About us

Bullers Wood School for Boys is a new and thriving comprehensive school providing an academic education for boys within the locality of Chislehurst and Bromley which opened it's doors for the first time in September 2018.

What do we want?

We want to buy a full set of VR and AR equipment, both viewing and recording, to use across all curriculum areas of the school.

Who is this for?

This is for our whole school, to use across a range of subjects and extra curricular clubs. We are also considering developing an outreach program to offer local primary schools the opportunity to visit and use the VR kit as well as Bullers Wood Girls School students.

Why do we want it?

Virtual reality will allow our students to visualise and understand a wide range of places and concepts taught in lessons more clearly and allow them to interact with subject matter in a totally new way. It will enable them to visit places they have learning about without leaving the classroom. The opportunities across all curriculum areas are truly mind blowing and bring the students education right into the 21st century.
